A national from FYROM has remained wounded during the attacks in Barcelona, where 13 people died and around 100 others remained injured when a van drove through a crowd of people in the tourist area of Las Ramblas.
“At the moment when the attack has happened, the Macedonian national was at the scene, broke his foot and sustained other physical damages. He’s not in a life threatening condition and is receiving medical care from Spanish medical teams”, the Foreign Ministry in Skopje announced.
Meanwhile, PM Zoran Zaev has strongly condemned the attack in Barcelona expressing his sorrow about the victims of this terrorist attack.
“While our pain and sorrow for the victims is indescribable, we call on Spain and Europe to condemn hate and violence. We must embrace values that promote cohabitation and freedom and not divisions and discrimination”, Zaev said. /balkaneu.com/
