“8th Corridor” to be named after Mother Teresa

Government in FYROM has approved a decision to name 8th Corridor highway after the Albanian Nobel prize winner, Mother Teresa.

Government’s press office declares that by Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski has proposed for highway “8th Corridor” to be named after the humanist and Nobel prize winner from FYR Macedonia, Mother Teresa. Besides this, highway linking Skopje to Shtip has been named after Goce Delcevi.

8th Corridor starts at the border with Bulgaria from Kriva Pallanka up to Kumanovo and then continues in Skopje, Tetovo, Gostivar, Kercova, Ohrid, Struga up to the border with Albania and beyond. /ibna/
