FYROM has missed out on millions of euros allocated by the IPA 1 European funds. Alexander Kolekseski of “Euro Think” NGO says that this has been the result of poor projects and an inefficient administration in the country.
“Instead of seeing an increase in funds, we’re seeing a decline. There are also problems with the implementation of projects”, says Alexander Kolekski of “Euro Think”.
Meanwhile, the country has only used 70% of 437 million euros from a total of 652 million euros allocated through IPA 1. /balkaneu.com/
