11 Syrian refugees have remained wounded from a landslide in the southern city of Gevgeli. The migrants were moving in a mountain area, when the rainfall caused the land to slide.
Medical teams from UNHCR and Red Cross rushed to the scene to help the refugees. These organizations said that a part of the emigrants have sustained serious wounds and have been sent to the hospital of Gevgeli.
In this area, police authorities have also found a minor from Syria, who had lost her parents.
In the southern border area, the situation is alarming, due to the large presence of refugees from Middle East and Africa, who enter the country from the Greek territory. /ibna/
