Unemployment figures in Slovenia have dropped to a 9-year low
Statistical data have shown that unemployment in Slovenia has been successfully slowed since "The number of unemployed registered with Slovenia's Employment Service dropped below the 80,000 mark in April, the lowest seen for the past nine years", STA reports.

The service released the relevant figures at the beginning of the week and compared to April 2017,  unemployment in April 2018 was down 13.8%.

 

As STA points out based on the latest data published in Slovenia, "Of the newly unemployed, 3,083 saw their fixed-term employment contracts expire, while 564 were first-time job seekers and 689 were made redundant.".... / IBNA
