It is noted that "in a very short period of time the paperwork for the documentation of the image was prepared with the close cooperation of the Church of Cyprus, the competent authorities of the Republic of Cyprus (Cyprus Police, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Attorney General, Department of Antiquities) and the Interpol in Switzerland and Swiss Embassy in Cyprus, was made possible to withdrawal of the image from the auction".

"The baton is received by the Attorney General and the Department of Antiquities to persuade the Swiss government and Swiss courts to proceed with the seizure and return of the image to its rightful owner and beneficiary, the Church of Cyprus", it is sated.
