Political parties in Kosovo launch negotiations for the coalitions
Although 16 of May is the last deadline for political parties to register their coalitions at the Central Election Commission in Kosovo, no political party has come out with any coalitions so far, expect AAK and Incentive, which have signed such agreement a year ago.

Representatives of LDK, Self Determination, AAK and Incentive have met last week to reach an agreement en bloc against PDK, but their discussions were unsuccessful.

However, it seems that LDK will not enter this race on its own. This party will join a coalition with Alternative Party, which is chaired by the mayor of Djakovica, Mimoza Kusari.

Meanwhile, it is not yet clear how AKR party led by Behgjet Bacolli will race in these elections. It is not yet certain if this party will join LDK or Self Determination for these elections.

Meanwhile, voters in Kosovo will head to poll stations on Sunday 11 June 2017 for the early parliamentary elections. /balkaneu.com/
