Kosovo’s national football team is hoping for a win against Iceland
On 24 March, Kosovo’s national football team is expected to face Iceland as part of Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers. Kosovo’s coach, Albert Bunjaku says that Kosovo is expecting to come out with a positive result from this match.

“All coaches want a victory and I want a victory from my players in this match. Time has come for us to obtain good results”, he said.

As far as the opposing side is concerned, he said that he doesn’t fear them.

Meanwhile, Iceland’s captain, Aron Gunnarsson says that the team faces a lot of pressure.

“Kosovo has a young team, good players who are playing for good European clubs. On Friday’s match, Iceland will be missing some important players, but I think that we will manage to win the game”, Gunnarsson said.

Kosovo and Iceland are in group I of these qualifiers, Kosovo is on the bottom of the group with one point, while Iceland is third with 7 points out of 4 matches. /balkaneu.com/
