FYROM to observe electoral silence on Saturday
The election campaign for the second round of local government elections in FYROM ends this midnight. Political parties will wrap up their campaign in the biggest cities of the country and Saturday, the country will observe electoral silence to get ready for Sunday’s voting.

The locak government elections will be held in 35 communes,  where 833.710 voters will be entitled to cast their vote.

Sick people and inmates will be able to vote on Saturday.

SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE will race against each other in 20 communes, while Albanian parties will compete in 15 communes.

In the first round of elections, 38 communes were won by SDSM, 3 communes were won by VMRO-DPMNE, 2 communes were won by BDI and the rest of the communes were won by independent candidates. /balkaneu.com/
