Former UN official criticizes the five countries that don’t recognize Kosovo
Former UN high representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schwarz-Schilling criticizes the fact that five out of 27 countries of the EU, have not recognized Kosovo.

He says that as a result of this “Europe is unable to have a clear policy toward Serbia and Kosovo and this is a real disgrace!”

“This is pure selfishness on the part of these five countries. The majority of European countries and UN have not recognized Kosovo’s independence, but it must be said that Kosovo should have been recognized immediately after the war, in the period 1999-2000. So, once again, it was a failure of the UN and Europeans”, he said. /balkaneu.com/
