Brussels urges Kosovo to set up its institutions
At a time when Kosovo has entered a repeated institutional crisis for the second time in three years, the international community is calling on parliamentary parties to overcome this deadlock.

After a consecutive failure to constitute parliament, the director for Western Balkans in the European Union, Angelina Eichhorst, has called on MPs to show more responsibility and constitute Parliament.

“The constitutive session failed on Monday once again. Parliament of Kosovo must be constituted. Parliamentary parties must act responsibly and deliver their constitutional and legal obligations”, Eichhorst said.

Yesterday, the US, UK, France, Germany and Italy urged MPs in Kosovo not to block the parliamentary sessions and find a way out of this deadlock. /
