27 years from the first democratic movements in Albania, opposition: Rights are still being violated
Although 27 years have gone by since the movement that preceded democratic developments in Albania, rights of the citizens in the country continue to be violated.

This was declared by the chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha in commemoration of the student movements of 8 December 1990.

“Political liberties of the Albanian people are once again restricted, because Albanians are still not able to vote freely and they have fewer opportunities than any other country in Europe. Today, Albania has many problems, which are experienced only in the less developed countries of Asia and Africa. It is unimaginable today to talk about new businesses, technological advancements, education and knowledge. Instead of thinking about deprived people and help them, we are still discussing how a handful of corrupt politicians and oligarchs continue to rob the country”, Basha said.  /balkaneu.com/
